Job Description

You will be primarily responsible for project management of contracted development. You will make proposals to the management of Japan's leading food manufacturers or restaurant chains and work towards resolving their issues. The main duties are as follows: - Planning and executing project plans — Formulating overall project plans including goal setting, schedule creation, and budget management — Monitoring project progress and adhering to QCD - Team coordination and management — Coordinating and managing project teams through collaboration with multiple stakeholders — Clarifying the roles and responsibilities of team members and promoting smooth communication - Risk management and problem solving — Predicting project risks and planning and implementing appropriate measures — Responding quickly when problems occur and proposing and implementing solutions - Quality control of deliverables — Ensuring the quality of deliverables in each phase and meeting the expectations of customers and stakeholders - Communication with customers, including negotiations — Facilitating smooth communication with clients even under difficult circumstances, such as reporting on project QCD, adjusting expectations, and negotiations

Job Description

You will be responsible for quality assurance and quality control for all product development and manufacturing carried out by the company. Specifically, - QMS maintenance and management (ISO9001 certified) - Establishment of rules related to product development operations - Quality control related to drone manufacturing - Formulation and implementation of quality assurance plans - Formulation and implementation of product test plans - Compilation and response of defect/complaint information for marketed products - External audits of outsourced manufacturers As a development project member, you will be involved from planning to market launch as a member of the in-house quality assurance staff, and will support quality assurance activities, allowing you to experience manufacturing up close.

Requirement

Required conditions/experience - Experience in quality assurance or quality control work at a manufacturing company (3 years or more in practical work) - Graduate from an engineering faculty and have basic knowledge (electrical, mechanical, information, etc.) Desired experience/skills - Experience in external quality audits - Experience in internal quality audits - Experience in creating and maintaining QMS documents - Wide range of knowledge including manufacturing technology, industrial standards, ISO9001, and legal regulations - Experience in software quality assurance work Nice to have
