[Clients] Our current main customers are infrastructure developers and construction companies, including power plants and other facilities. Until now, quality has been ensured through labor-intensive methods, but the decline in the workforce and work style reforms have made digital transformation (DX) an urgent priority. We are working on DX with DX specialists and field staff from various companies and deploying the solutions developed there to other companies. As part of this product, we are developing an agent that uses LLM, and we are looking for an engineer to lead product development that will contribute to the automation and efficiency of our customers' business processes. [Overall Team Duties] In the field of industrial infrastructure digital transformation, you are working on the design and development of services and products for equipment inspection, site management, and disaster prevention. Your development responsibilities range from developing solutions incorporating AI to developing products that combine robots and software. [About the Team] You will be part of the product's development team, which consists of approximately 20 engineers. Development is conducted using a matrix organizational structure consisting of multiple engineering teams and project/product teams. You will form teams based on your area of ​​responsibility or project and work on development. [Job Description] You will develop Agent, which uses LLM to automate and streamline operations, and a chat system using RAG.
