Job Description	Mission: Research and development of robot control and robot motion generation using large-scale infrastructure models. Job Description: - Building large-scale infrastructure models and the data infrastructure for them - Researching papers, validating existing methods, and writing papers
Requirement	Required: - Strong motivation and knowledge in the relevant field - Deep knowledge and experience in learning-based robotics, such as imitation learning and reinforcement learning - Robot system construction and robot coding - Strong coding skills (Python is required) - Experience working in a team using software development platforms such as GitHub - Master's degree or equivalent experience in information systems or a related field Preferred: - Experience publishing a paper as the lead author at a top-level international conference or journal in the field of robotics (e.g., ICRA, IROS, CoRL, RAL, RSS, TRO, IJRR, etc.) - Experience publishing a paper as the lead author at other relevant top-level international conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, CVPR, ECCV, etc.) - Experience reading and understanding cutting-edge papers and reproducing and replicating implementations - Experience using a distributed parallel environment - Ability to build simple hardware required for research, taking into account the level of complexity (e.g., (Hand fingers created using a 3D printer, sensor information acquired using a microcontroller) - Experience using static analysis and unit/integration testing at the level required for research, and an interest in creating robust software - Software development experience that takes into account computer constraints such as the number of CPU cores, RAM, VRAM, and storage - PhD or equivalent experience in information systems or a similar field
