Owns products such as autonomous transport robot that can switch between AGV mode on trajectory and autonomous mode without pre-defined trajectory, general purpose towing solution for 3rd party trolleys, and fleet management system. Job Description	[ Overview ] We are seeking an individual to support the implementation and operation of robotic systems at customer sites, as well as develop tools to enhance efficiency. You will ensure reliable product rollouts while feeding insights gained from operational environments back to the development team to contribute to product improvements. [ Responsibilities ] - Software configuration and deployment of AMR and fleet management systems at customer sites (including operational scenario setup, map creation, etc.) - Remote monitoring of systems post-deployment, analysis and resolution of software issues - Development of tools to streamline deployment and operations (e.g., map creation support, automated test runs, configuration automation) - Proposing system improvements based on field insights and providing feedback to the development team - Maintaining deployment/operations documentation and sharing best practices
Requirement	[ Required ] - Experience using ROS1 systems (checking system status using rostopic, rosbag, RViz, etc.) - Experience with version control using Git and submitting Pull Requests on GitHub - Development experience (one or more of ROS / TypeScript / Vue.js / Java) - Experience editing YAML files and Ansible roles [ Preferred ] - Experience using ROS2 systems, experience developing with ROS - Knowledge of control engineering, experience operating AGVs/AMRs - Experience using Grafana and OpenObserve - Experience using Jira, experience developing using Scrum - Knowledge of communication protocols (MQTT, SNMP) [ Soft Skills ] - Individuals who share the company's vision - Individuals who actively stay updated on new trends and knowledge, such as by participating in study groups or communities - Individuals who can proactively identify challenges and work to contribute solutions back to the company's organization and products
