| Job Description | You will be responsible for mechanical design of product hardware, from prototyping to mass production. Key Device Development Work: - Understanding the operating principles of key devices - Responsible for everything from customer value to requirements definition - Conceptual design, which determines functionality and performance - Basic design, which creates drawings based on the concept - Detailed design, which solidifies materials, shape, size, etc. based on the basic design - Production design, which creates assembly drawings of parts Examples: - Development of mechanisms to improve the functionality and performance of various devices, such as circulation and oxygen supply methods for bioreactors - Control method concepts and sensor development for next-generation water treatment - Design of volumetric pumps, centrifugal pumps, closed circuits, and other key devices required for small-scale decentralized water treatment |
| Requirement | Required skills - Mechanical design, materials mechanics, fluid mechanics, various CAE technologies - Knowledge of various materials, and basic knowledge of surface treatment and processing methods - Ability to manage quality, cost, and development planning in development - Ability to break down problems into root causes, identify them as challenges, and solve them Preferred skills - Quality Engineering (Taguchi Method, basic statistics) - Experience creating business models - Inquisitiveness to delve into the essence and origins based on fundamental principles - Multi-valued perspectives and ways of thinking Soft skills - A person who can responsibly develop hardware that can ensure the quality of water that sustains human life - A desire to contribute to the world by solving global water issues |
