Job Description	You will be responsible for the design, and validity verification / promotion of water treatment products with an eye toward mass production. Job Description - Understand the fundamental principles of water treatment processes - Design and evaluate water treatment equipment based on requirements and specifications - Evaluate and design with consideration not only for the product but also for customers, the environment, and culture - Identify the cause of on-site problems using a scientific approach and implement countermeasures Examples of expected work - Design and development of water treatment equipment and evaluation for product quality improvement - Consider automation of water treatment experiments - Standardize performance evaluation methods for water treatment processes - Maintenance, water quality analysis, and improvement work for demonstration equipment installed outside the company
Requirement	Required skills: - Skills for designing and evaluating water treatment equipment - Communication skills to collaborate and work with stakeholders in the water treatment field and other areas - Ability to isolate and resolve on-site technical issues - Ability to independently define issues based on business policy and identify and overcome them Preferred skills: - Experience in designing and experimenting using process design and reaction kinetics - Experience evaluating product performance - Ability to analyze experimental results and quickly translate them into next steps - Experience conducting water treatment research at the laboratory level - Water treatment systems Practical development and operation experience - Experience working on automation using mechatronics and electronics - Experience sharing and educating team members to develop first-class experimental and development capabilities - Ability to communicate in English, as many members are from overseas Soft skills: - A person willing to devote their life to solving humanity's water problems - A person capable of developing water treatment systems that balance water quality and cost - A person with a strong desire to explore unknown phenomena and the ability to apply knowledge from any of the fields of science, engineering, agriculture, or medicine to find optimal solutions
