Job Description	[Clients] Our current main customers are infrastructure developers and construction companies, including power plants and other facilities. Until now, quality has been ensured through labor-intensive methods, but the decline in the workforce and work style reforms have made digital transformation (DX) an urgent priority. We are working on DX with DX specialists and field staff from various companies and deploying the solutions developed there to other companies. [Business Areas] The social and industrial infrastructure maintenance market is estimated to be worth 5 trillion yen in Japan, and we are working on solutions that will fundamentally improve the shortcomings of this vast market. While digital transformation has made progress in deskwork to date, there is still a white space for non-desk tasks, such as infrastructure work, that involve on-site work. Many tasks still rely on paperwork and expert judgment, and we believe there is significant room for improvement. Currently, we are focusing on equipment inspections, site management, and security surveillance, with plans to expand in the future. [Recruitment Background] Our company develops business applications that support social and industrial infrastructure based on this platform product. As part of this product, we are developing an agent that uses LLM, and we are looking for an engineer to lead product development that will contribute to the automation and efficiency of our customers' business processes. [Overall Team Duties] In the field of industrial infrastructure digital transformation, you are working on the design and development of services and products for equipment inspection, site management, and disaster prevention. Your development responsibilities range from developing solutions incorporating AI to developing products that combine robots and software. [About the Team] You will be part of the product's development team, which consists of approximately 20 engineers. Development is conducted using a matrix organizational structure consisting of multiple engineering teams and project/product teams. You will form teams based on your area of ​​responsibility or project and work on development. [Job Description] You will develop Agent, which uses LLM to automate and streamline operations, and a chat system using RAG. Since development will proceed through repeated trial and error, you will be required to have a deep understanding of the technology and customer challenges, propose optimal methods, and lead the development team.
Requirement	[Required] - Development experience in a team of 3 or more people - Development experience for LLM-related products such as Agent/RAG/MCP - Experience in requirements definition and system design - Web application development experience (We emphasize general engineering skills over specific language or framework knowledge) - CI/CD knowledge - Web technology knowledge - Test code writing experience - Japanese language proficiency (business level or above) (All internal communication, documentation, and customer support will be in Japanese) [Preferred] - Experience leading LLM-related product development - Server-side development experience using Node.js - Front-end development experience using Vue.js, React, etc. - Experience developing and operating services using cloud infrastructure such as Azure or AWS - Knowledge and experience with microservices architecture - Experience with agile development (Scrum development, etc.) - Natural language processing skills - Image processing/image recognition/image analysis skills - Business-level English proficiency
