Job Description	[Hiring Background] The company is a deep tech startup that uses technology to automate and smarten agriculture. The company has developed its own automatic harvesting robot and has been tackling the challenges facing the agricultural industry through operation in actual fields. From these experiences, the company has cultivated unique technologies that enable advanced tasks in harsh environments, such as high-precision AI object recognition in environments with many disturbance factors, flexible robot control for handling delicate crops, and autonomous driving on farms. Leveraging this unique technological platform, the company started an AI robotics joint development business in 2024. By co-creating with companies in various industries, not just agriculture, the company is promoting projects to create "products that do not yet exist in the world" from the concept stage together. Now that the company is in the launch phase, there is an opportunity to gain a wide range of experience, from building a technology strategy to growing the business. In addition, this business is also a "place of exploration" to get hints for the company's next product. One of the reasons we focus on this initiative is that we can come into contact with diverse industrial structures and voices from the field through PoC development and find the seeds of new businesses. [Job Description] We are looking for an AI engineer to be responsible for technical verification, design, and prototyping in PoC and joint development projects in the concept stage. Responsibilities: (*Task assignments will be determined based on your experience) - Technical verification and prototyping in PoC projects - Development and proposals to customers with an eye toward product and service development - Requirements definition, architecture design, and technology selection with customers and partner companies - Building an AI/ML pipeline - Technical lead for the development team - Planning and implementing demonstration experiments [Technology Stack] Development language: C++ and Python are used for the control and analysis engine, but ASP.Net, C#, PHP, typescript, etc. will also be used as necessary Source code/issue management: Github Chat tool: Slack Project management: backlog, notion [Technical strengths] AI technology: From experience in the agricultural field, we have strengths in recognition technology in environments with many disturbance factors and high-speed processing using AI chips. We can provide a wide range of services, including image processing technology that combines visible light cameras and distance image sensors, and custom development using generative AI. Robotics technology: We have strengths in developing low-cost, highly durable robots. We handle everything from mechanical design to development including robot control, feasibility verification, and mass production design. We also provide mobile bases that can run on rough ground, rails, and general indoors, and sensor processing technologies for autonomous driving, such as VSLAM and RTK GPS, which can be used both indoors and outdoors.
