Job Description	[ Overview ] The company is on a mission to build groundbreaking products, and we're looking for an exceptional Product Manager to lead the way. As a key driver of our product initiatives, you will immerse yourself in market and customer insights, translate these into clear product strategies and visions, and rigorously prioritize problems to solve. Your collaborative spirit will be essential in working with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference. [ Key Responsibilities ] - Customer Discovery: Engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their pain points, motivations, and desired outcomes. - Defining the Product Vision: Articulating a compelling and long-term vision for the product that aligns with the company's strategy. - Developing the Product Strategy: Outlining the key goals, target markets, and strategic approach for achieving the vision. - Prioritizing customer problems to solve: Systematically evaluating customer pain points and market opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment to determine the most valuable issues for the team to address. - Communicating the vision, strategy, and priorities with other teams: Articulating and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organization to foster shared understanding, secure buy-in, and enable cohesive execution. - Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Requirement	[ Mandatory ] - More than three years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role. - Deep understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through planning, development, launch, iteration, and end-of-life. - A high-level understanding of hardware and software technologies for building distributed autonomous robot products. - Basic understanding of the Scrum process. [ Desired ] - Experience working as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in a Scrum team. - Experience in product management of products using robotics technology. - Experience in dealing directly with customers.
