Job Description	You will be responsible for the following tasks in order to improve the quality, reduce costs, and shorten delivery times of propulsion equipment production (manufacturing, assembly, and testing). - Preparation of standards and procedure manuals necessary for propulsion equipment production - Design and management of jigs and tools necessary for propulsion machine production - Maintenance and management of some production-related equipment In some cases, we may also ask you to work with the design and development department to consider changes to a design suitable for production, not only during production, but also from the development stage.
Requirement	Must have: - Experience working in the manufacturing industry or at a manufacturer (more than 5 years of experience preferred) - Those who have leadership experience in QC circles etc. and a track record of improvement activities. - Measures to reduce defects caused by equipment and improve the quality of final products - Basic IT skills (can use MS Office) - First class car license
