Recorded information about an identifiable individual that may include his or her name, email address, date of birth.

Purpose to obtain Personal Information

Following are purposes of why GCA obtain personal information and usage.

  • Provide services such as introduction or information regarding career opportunities.
  • Confirm with employer on facts such as application or joining of a person and to receive notifications from employer.
  • Develop and market our service.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, or an issues.

Disclosure to Third Party

In principle, GCA will not supply any personal information to any third parties without prior consent of the user. GCA will only supply specified information to a specified third party after gaining users' permissions. However, GCA may confirm content of users' information, usage history, message, input etc and/or disclose above information to a third party in following cases:

  • When the court, police, other judicial or government agencies and agencies with equivalent mandate make inquiries according to the law.
  • When problem happens maintaining our service or system.
  • When it is necessary to protect rights or interests of GCA, other users, or other third party.

Exemption

GCA will not be responsible for a Third party's gaining personal information in following cases:

  • When member himself/herself uses functions of our service or through other means to disclose own person information to an employer. (Please inquire directly on personal information handling issues with company)

Termination of Personal Information Disclosure

GCA will act in timely manner if user request to terminate disclose of personal information. However, GCA may not be able to comply with the request on operation record.

Outsourcing of Personal Information Management

GCA may outsource partial or entire operation handling personal information. When disclosure of personal information is required, GCA will select vendor who can maintain a high level of personal information protection in addition to commitment of a Non-Disclosure Agreement as condition.

Use of Statistical Data

GCA may produce statistical data that is derived from personal information we received but in format that cannot identify individuals. GCA can use without limitation such statistical data.

Access Log

This site's service record information of accessed person in form of access log. Access log include information such as accessed person's IP address, host name, browser, OS type, access date and time. GCA may use access log to manage maintenance of service or analyze usage statistic. GCA will not use access log for any other purposes.

Change of Privacy Policy

GCA can change Privacy Policy without permission of users. New Privacy Policy will become effective from the time it is shown on the site.
