Job Description	You will be responsible for defining requirements, creating specifications, and managing outsourcing for the next-generation autonomous drone currently under development and other contract development projects. - Budget: Approximately ¥1 billion - Development Period: 2-3 years - Coordinating new development of hardware (mechanical, electronics, embedded), peripherals, and web applications - Defining requirements and creating specifications for the product to be developed - Scheduling and management - Identifying and directing issues - Budgeted and actual management of labor and expenses - Coordinating tasks and progress for project members - Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders - Negotiating product and operational specifications with the planning department - Explaining product development status and coordinating budgets with management - Coordinating mass production with the manufacturing department - Selecting, ordering, and managing progress for hardware outsourcing companies
Requirement	Required: - 5+ years of project management experience in hardware product development - Experience overseeing embedded, circuit, mechanical, and application designers - Experience in mass production and troubleshooting - Experience defining requirements and creating specifications Desired: - Experience in system design for hardware-related products - Knowledge of embedded development - Experience developing drones and robots - Development experience at both a major manufacturer and a venture company
