| Job Description | You will gradually acquire the company's AI-controlled robot technology and work on research and development to solve automation challenges in assembly processes. You can either become a specialist and master each technology [machine learning (AI), robot control (ROS), image recognition, force recognition, network computing], or you can become a manager and be involved in a wide range of tasks, from problem identification to development plan formulation, implementation and evaluation, mass production management, and sales promotion. Therefore, we welcome applications from people who want to become members who want to thoroughly master technology and development processes from the basics (or who are looking to hire potential), people who want to join as a specialist with immediate impact, or people who want to be involved in business building beyond development, based on their own track record. |
| Requirement | [Required] - Member: Experience in research and development using Python, or development experience using one or more languages other than C++ - Leader: Possess advanced skills in AI, robotics, or image recognition, and be a core member of the project, leading the team toward achieving the development plan. - Manager: Ability to manage project QCD and promote PDCA, including team building, human resource development, budget/actual management, and leadership within the development organization. - Specialist: Possess advanced skills in multiple fields of AI, robotics, and image recognition, and be able to create new corporate value through research and development.
