Job Description [Team's Mission]
The FDE's mission is to solve customer on-site challenges through engineering, acting as professionals with a deep understanding of technology and the company's products. Furthermore, a crucial role of the FDE is to feed back the knowledge gained from problem-solving into the product.

While the company possesses strong assets such as its own products, application suite, and R&D assets, simply applying off-the-shelf solutions to complex and difficult physical challenges is unlikely to achieve fundamental problem-solving. The FDE's role is to maximize the use of these company assets while performing the necessary engineering to solve fundamental problems. This will involve deeply understanding customer challenges and proposing solutions.

[Hiring Background]
With the decision to implement our product for a large-scale enterprise customer and the accelerating pace of deployment, strengthening our technical capabilities to handle everything from implementation to production operation is urgently needed. Currently, proposals and orders are being driven by existing members and partners, but we lack the resources to handle the implementation and utilization phases, and are in the process of developing our organizational structure. Therefore, we are seeking someone to lead product implementation, deployment, and utilization support as a founding member of the FDE organization.

[Job Summary]
The FDE position is responsible for technically leading the entire process of deploying the company's products, from production deployment to operational stabilization and results generation. This involves not only implementing defined requirements, but also understanding customer challenges, maximizing product value through design, implementation, and improvement proposals for deployment and operation, and driving continued and expanded use.

[Specific Tasks]
- Design, implementation, and release of deployment to customer environments (PoC to production)
- Technical requirements definition (customer interviews, assumption organization, constraint identification, configuration design)
- Design, implementation, and operation of API integration and peripheral system integration
- Improvements for deployment to production (monitoring, operation flow, incident response design, etc.)
- Support for post-deployment utilization and results generation (technical problem solving, improvement proposals)
- Project promotion through collaboration with internal teams (PdM/Bizdev/partners)
Requirement Required skills:
- 3+ years of software development experience (Linux, cloud, and API development experience preferred)
- 2+ years of practical experience in software development using Python, C, or C++
- Experience in requirements definition or customer negotiation

Preferred skills:
- Development experience using edge devices such as Raspberry Pi or Jetson
- Development experience under hardware constraints
- Experience building logic utilizing sensor devices or AI output information
- Development experience using machine learning
- Image processing development experience
- Network-related knowledge
- Experience developing, maintaining, and operating in-house IT services
- Ability to organize requirements and propose specifications from a user's perspective
- Ability to infer and adjust customer expectations based on B2B service development experience
- Ability to communicate complex technical content and business requirements clearly and concisely to non-IT members. Furthermore, the ability to organize and share information through effective document creation
- The ability to mediate between members with differing opinions, facilitate discussions, and guide consensus building

Soft skills:
- The ability to complete necessary implementation and verification for customer challenges (expertise in all technical areas is not required)
- The ability to formulate hypotheses, organize them, and propose the next step, even when requirements are not yet finalized
- The ability to not just implement and then stop, but to become involved in operations and continue improving until results are achieved
