| Job Description | As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities. Solution Design, Development, and Operational Support: - Design, develop, and test applications and related systems that run on the product. - Integration development with BI tools and other peripheral systems. - Technical support and operational support during the PoC and production phases. Identifying Client Issues and Proposing Solutions: - Deeply understand the client's business model and challenges, and develop solutions using the company's edge AI technology assets (especially the product). - Business Collaborate with development staff to support the identification and implementation of issues. - Create technical design and proposal materials for solution proposals. Technical Support During the PoC and Operational Phases: - Build a PoC environment and support its implementation. - Promptly address technical issues and inquiries during production operations. - Propose improvements based on feedback obtained during the operational phase. Technical Lead: - Research and propose new technologies related to IoT and edge AI solutions. - Consolidate internal technical knowledge and promote reuse across projects. - Provide technical training and knowledge sharing for clients and internal team members. Lead and Support Product Application Implementation: - Assist clients in implementing existing applications as product apps. - Provide technical support to clients to help them implement product apps on their own. Client Communication and Problem-Solving: - Deeply understand client challenges and work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., business development, product development teams) to identify and implement optimal solutions. Best Practice Sharing and Updates: - Share best practices for developing and operating product integration apps with clients and support their implementation. - Constantly update best practices for developing and operating product integration apps and share them internally, contributing to the improvement of the organization's overall technical capabilities. Product Feedback: Identify areas for improvement in the product based on client needs and on-site feedback, contributing to the product's evolution. [About the Product] This platform service uses edge AI technology to enable large-scale, real-time, privacy-conscious data collection from various sites. It has been used as infrastructure for large-scale services, such as in-store signage advertising at a major convenience store. They collaborate with a variety of partner companies, including solution developers, AI technology companies, and camera and other hardware developers, to build an ecosystem. [Team's Mission] This team's mission is to sell the company's AI/IoT platform to enterprise companies and ensure its successful adoption and adoption. They will lead the platform implementation by conducting detailed research into customer requirements, on-site environments, and existing systems. They will provide professional services such as consulting on customer issues, support for porting existing IoT/AI applications, connectivity verification with networks and devices, and process design and technical support from PoC to production operation, promoting customers' digital transformation through IoT. |
| Requirement | Required Skills: - 2+ years of software development experience using Python, C, or C++ - Some level of Linux proficiency - Experience in edge AI, IoT, web, or cloud computing - Willingness to learn new technologies and tasks - Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Skills: - Development experience using edge devices such as Raspberry PI or Jetson - Experience developing within hardware constraints - Experience building logic using sensor devices and AI output - Experience developing using machine learning - Image processing development experience - System implementation experience within the manufacturing industry or for manufacturing customers - Network-related knowledge - Experience developing, maintaining, and operating in-house IT services - Ability to organize requirements and propose specifications from a user's perspective - Ability to anticipate and adjust customer expectations based on B2B service development experience - Ability to communicate complex technical content and business requirements concisely and in an easy-to-understand manner to non-IT personnel. Additionally, you can organize and share information through effective document creation. - Ability to mediate between members with differing opinions, facilitate discussions, and reach consensus.
