| Job Description | ■ Hiring Background The company is currently leveraging the strengths of its existing software solutions to advance a global expansion strategy centered on its in-house hardware (drones). The company aims to restore the vitality of Japan's hardware industry, which once dominated the world, through drones, a next-generation form of mobility. To realize this vision, the company is seeking a CTO candidate with a management perspective who can lead the company from technology strategy to mass production and global expansion. ■ Main Responsibility As a member of the management team, you will lead the company's in-house drone development, from formulating and executing the technology strategy to building a global mass production system. 1. Formulate and execute company-wide technology strategies - Formulate mid- to long-term product roadmaps aligned with business strategy - Define winning aircraft specifications and promote development based on market needs (surveying, inspection, agriculture, logistics, etc.) 2. Oversee hardware development and mass production - Manage QCD and process development during the transition from prototype to mass production (thousands to tens of thousands of units) - Establish supply chain management (SCM) 3. Promote global expansion - Technical collaboration and integration with overseas group companies and partner companies - Formulate technology strategies that address regulations in each country 4.
