Job Description	The company's Technology Development Department proposes and promotes a wide range of solutions across a variety of industries, and is seeing a rapid increase in projects spanning AI, secure computing, and business systems. To ensure smooth progress from the PoC to implementation phase, we are seeking an "implementation-oriented PM" who has consistently driven the project from requirements definition, design, and testing, rather than a management-focused PM. We are particularly seeking someone who has managed small- to medium-sized projects hands-on. ■Job Description - Project promotion for DX/AI projects, including requirements definition, design, and testing. - Project management for small- to medium-sized projects (progress, issues, quality, and schedule management). - Specifications coordination and consensus building with clients, and improvement proposals based on business understanding.
Requirement	[Required Skills] - 2+ years of project management/product planning experience on small to medium-sized projects (several to a dozen people) - Experience leading the entire process from requirements definition to design, testing, and operation - Practical experience in customer relations, including specification adjustment and customer negotiation - Native-level Japanese proficiency [Preferred Skills] - Deep domain knowledge in a specific industry, such as manufacturing, finance, advertising, commercial services, or information and communications - Understanding of the manufacturing or business systems domain - Interest in and eagerness to learn about digital transformation and AI - Lower business level English (basic reading and communication skills) [Desired Profile] - Able to learn new technologies and expand their capabilities as the industry evolves - Able to act quickly and flexibly, even in situations where there is no correct answer, and to move things forward through repeated trial and error
