Job Description | ■Team's mission This is an R&D organization in the fields of data science and AI. Toward realizing the management direction of the Creative Entertainment Vision and becoming an AI-driven company, this team will utilize various data from the company group to solve business challenges and create new customer value. Through technological development and sharpening, we will contribute to differentiating the company group's products and services and improving their competitiveness. This team will develop AI Agent technology (a software system that operates autonomously with LLM at its core), from core technology development at the paper level to applied technology development for creating new user experiences. We will provide technology to business divisions, including proposing new services. ■Your responsibility - AI Agent research and development (depending on the situation, developing core technology at the paper level or applied technology closer to user experience) - Implementing research results into software libraries and systems - Prototype development of proposed functions and verifying needs - Writing papers on the results of core technology development |
Requirement | Required: - Master's degree or higher in computer science, or equivalent experience and achievements - At least three years of research and development experience in machine learning (including student years) - Python implementation skills - Communication and presentation skills Preferred: - PhD in computer science - Accepted papers as first author on international conferences and journals - Business-level English skills |
