Job Description	■Job Description You will be responsible for the development and operation of backend systems, primarily web applications and API servers, for an IoT speaker equipped with gamma wave modulation technology, which is the company's in-house business. You will also be responsible for the design and development of backend systems for new projects. You will be responsible for the following: - Continuous architecture redesign - Integration with IoT devices and data pipeline development - Application design and implementation - Load management and cost reduction - On-site demonstration support, etc. - Database design *Other projects will be assigned based on your experience, skills, and preferences. *Scope of work changes: General company operations ■Technology/Environment, etc. - Development Languages: Ruby, Java, TypeScript - Main Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, Next.js - Infrastructure: AWS - Infrastructure Management: AWS CDK - Monitoring: CloudWatch, Sentry - Version Control: GitLab - CI/CD: GitLab CI - Communication: Slack, Google Workspace - Documentation and Task Management: Notion - Design Tool: Figma
Requirement	[Required] - Experience developing web applications using Ruby on Rails - System development on AWS - Experience developing web applications using frameworks - Knowledge of web security - Experience with schema and query design for RDBMS and KVS - Experience implementing test code - Experience developing using modern languages [Preferred] - Front-end development experience using TypeScript - Experience working with infrastructure as code - Experience developing highly real-time applications using Websockets, gRPC, etc. - Experience working on projects with members with diverse skill sets, including hardware, firmware, and business - Experience working in a development team with a strong documentation culture - Experience developing specifications in collaboration with designers, firmware teams, and algorithms - Accelerating development in collaboration with contract engineers - Proposing measures and developing metrics to gain learnings from users - Management experience
