Our company aims to solve social issues through in-house R&D and academic technologies, and is continuously implementing them in a problem- and need-driven manner. We are seeking an engineer to lead signal processing algorithm development.

Our main released product is a service that visualizes conversations in real time using speech recognition and AI based on our proprietary algorithms, but we also have responsibilities related to new business development.

Specifically, we expect the following:
- Algorithm development
- Acoustic signal processing
- Fast-paced development from a customer perspective
- A willingness to constantly take on new challenges
- A team-leading mindset

■About the project assignment
You can participate in a variety of projects at your own discretion, without specializing in a specific product.
Requirement [Required]
- Experience developing algorithms using MATLAB/Python
- Experience developing real-time signal processing
- Experience developing using git

Some of the following experience:
- Experience developing acoustic signal processing algorithms
- Experience developing IoT products
- Experience developing products at a business company
- Experience understanding customer needs and planning/developing them, as well as defining requirements
