Job Description	You will be responsible for leading the following series of tasks in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders: Preliminary on-site surveys of customer stores and facilities (checking installation feasibility and installation environment) - Designing installation schedules and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders - Creating purchase orders for transportation companies, arranging removal, and processing shipping approvals - Carrying out product removal, transportation management, and on-site installation - Test operation, operation confirmation, and collection of inspection confirmation after installation is complete - Providing operational training for local staff - Reporting installation completion and processing internal applications related to billing In an environment where you can act with discretion, you will be able to be deeply involved in the start-up phase of the business, not just providing technical support, and it will be rewarding.
Requirement	[Required] - 2+ years of customer engineering experience, including product introduction and initial launch support for customers (Experience in a different industry is acceptable) - Regular driver's license [Preferred] - Experience in introducing kitchen equipment and commercial equipment - Experience in building and operating IT and networks - Experience in providing technical support and maintenance
