Job Description	One of the company's aquaculture services and current main product is a smart feeder that utilizes AI and IoT technology and is deployed at aquaculture sites in Japan. You will work with suppliers and business teams to improve the hardware design for this product based on user feedback and troubleshooting. [Background for hiring] Demand for the smart feeder is growing rapidly, and feedback from users, who are aquaculture operators, is also on the rise. The company want to strengthen their efforts to improve products and customer satisfaction by listening to such feedback directly at the aquaculture site and observing the situation with their own eyes, while working with suppliers and business teams to quickly reflect it in the manufacturing process and design, and by promoting improvements.
Requirement	[Required conditions] - Interest in solving problems at aquaculture sites and empathy with the company's mission and values - Experience in design improvements based on customer requests - Experience in mechanical design and development using 3D CAD - Experience in on-site product installation and improvement - People who find it rewarding to sincerely deal with problems that occur on-site and feedback from customers - People who enjoy communicating both inside and outside the company - People who can travel to various parts of Japan - People who have a driver's license and can actually drive [Preferred conditions] - Experience working at a company that provides solutions to the primary industry - Experience in prototype design of equipment structures and mechanisms, and prototype circuits and programs - Basic knowledge of electrical machinery - Experience in designing or maintaining equipment for outdoor use - Product management experience
