Job Description ■Team's mission:
The team is developing technology for safety and security, based on a concept that the company will cultivate to accelerate the evolution and proposal of mobility experience. As the core of the technology of the automatic driving system, we developed a recognition system SW using Sensor Fusion, which serves as the eyes of the car, and implemented software for sensing functions used in advanced driving support systems (hereinafter referred to as ADAS) such as automatic braking, automatic following, and lane keeping. We have commercialized it and introduced it to customers and the market.

■Your responsibility:
The work is related to sensing systems to realize ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems), edge-side sensing functions of self-driving cars, and environmental recognition functions using multiple sensors. i.e. To realize high-precision environment recognition function.

Main roles expected:
- Signal processing of sensor information, and design, development, and evaluation of road environment object detection algorithm using CV (computer vision)
- Leading team in design, development, and evaluation using CV

■Expected position:
We have an organization of about 25 members, and you will be expected to lead individual algorithm development (about 5 people), or to lead each group (about 10 people) and represent the technical team and negotiate with customers.
Requirement ■Required
- Experience in design, development, and evaluation using CV (computer vision)
- Embedded software development experience in C, C++, etc.

■Optional
- Image processing experience using a camera or image signal processing/image recognition technology/OpenCV, etc. (feature point extraction, camera calibration, etc.)
- Product software development experience
- Embedded software development experience for automotive products
- Knowledge of handling in-vehicle sensors such as cameras, millimeter wave radar, and LiDAR, and knowledge of how to evaluate them.
- SLAM engine development experience
- Development experience using ROS
- Image processing experience using OpenCV etc. (feature point extraction, camera calibration, etc.)
- Experience using simulator
- Experience developing numerical calculation acceleration on GPU
- Knowledge of linear algebra and geometry
- Control system design ability (classical control, modern control, robust control)
English Level Must have:
Ability to understand papers and specification documents

Preferred:
Ability to conduct technical discussion
Japanese Level Business level
