Job Description	We are looking for someone who can join our team responsible for in-house product/solution development and be entrusted with one of the following tasks. - Promotion of PoC project with data analysis for product/solution planning - Promotion of customer data/AI utilization projects - Specifically, selecting solutions such as algorithms to meet customer needs, defining analysis requirements, performing analysis, and proposing improvement measures based on analysis results. Data handled: - Highly confidential industry data in the chemical and manufacturing industries (e.g., experimental data including chemical structure, material composition, physical property values, manufacturing process data, data on product supply and demand, data on design drawings, etc.) - Human resources related data within the company (e.g. employee attendance, evaluation, skills, career orientation, organizational status, etc.) - Data related to human communication (e.g. voice, chat, email, documents, etc.) - You will develop an analysis method that safely utilizes confidential, confidential, or sensitive personal information, which is unprecedented in each industry. - You will develop core functions for products that both protect highly confidential data and utilize it for machine learning and AI. Requirement	■Mandatory skills - Over 3 years of experience in products/solutions/projects using AI/machine learning as a data scientist or in charge of similar work (practical experience in analysis methods and machine learning methods, experience in developing data analysis functions, etc.) *For the selection process, we would like you to submit papers, competitions, portfolios, etc. - Business level Japanese ability ■Preferred skills - Experience in customer negotiations - Agile/Scrum development experience - Experience in the chemical/pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry or a master's degree or higher in a related field - Experience in the human resources industry or human resources data utilization projects - Master's degree or higher in information science/mathematics related field - English proficiency at everyday conversation level ■We are looking for: - People who want to be involved in products and solutions from 0 to 1 - Those who have the ability and stance to consistently carry out everything from "theory/research" to "application/practice" - People who are not bound by their own or others' roles and have the attitude of transcending their roles when necessary - Those who can act quickly and flexibly even in situations where there is no correct answer, and who can move things forward through repeated trial and error - Those who enjoy collaborating with diverse team members and achieving results as a team
