Job Description	In order to mass produce satellites, you will build an efficient manufacturing system while emphasizing quality, cost, and speed. In addition, you will look over the entire manufacturing site to identify issues, plan and implement solutions, and work to improve production and manufacturing processes. ■Specifically, - Design of the manufacturing process - Improvement of the manufacturing process (promoting labor saving and efficiency) - Standardization of manufacturing/assembly work (development of construction methods and work procedures, creation of work instructions, etc.) - When a problem occurs, collaborate with each specialized team to identify causes and formulate improvement measures - Arrange and manage assembly jigs - Plan, implement, evaluate, manage, and respond to defects in manufacturing equipment. - Coordination and negotiation with specialized teams, external partners, and suppliers in in-house satellite development. ■PR - You can create manufacturing process on own, build a manufacturing system for mass production, and experience the phase of industrialization. ・While innovation in the space business by private companies is increasing worldwide, you can play a role in becoming a top runner in New Space. ・We have a flat organization, so it's an environment where you can actively share your ideas. ・Since we are involved in the entire process of designing, developing, assembling, and launching small satellites, you can gain exposure to technology in a variety of fields.
Requirement	- Able to work at a factory located in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture - Someone with experience in manufacturing technology and one of any of the following experiences 　*Manufacturing process design or process development experience 　 *Process construction of manufacturing/assembly processes, or process maintenance/improvement experience 　 *Production line startup experience - Daily conversation level English, business level Japanese
