Job Description	Management of production, manufacturing, parts inventory/output, production schedule etc. for the small satellite constellation ■Specifically: - Management of production plans and procurement/purchasing plans - Manufacturing process planning and management - Production schedule management - Parts inventory/output management - Satellite manufacturing/assembly external partner management (personnel allocation/personnel management/contract management) ・Response to defects in the manufacturing process ・Coordination and negotiation with specialized teams, external partners, suppliers, etc. during in-house satellite development ■PR points - You can be involved in the development of small satellites with high performance at the forefront of new space of small satellite development and constellation. We will be able to play a role in achieving competitive satellite development in terms of costs and delivery times while maintaining quality for mass production. ・Involve in everything from production planning to shipping, develop a deep attachment to the satellite and feel the sense of fulfillment when it is launched. ・We have a flat organization, so it's an environment where you can actively share your ideas. ・As we are involved in the entire process of designing, developing, assembling, and launching small satellites, you can gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies
Requirement	Mandatory requirements ・Can commute to the new manufacturing base (Yamato city, Kanagawa Prefecture) every day ・Production/manufacturing management of products with high development elements or customized products ・Daily conversation level English, business level Japanese Desired requirements ・Production management and manufacturing management experience for spacecraft and artificial satellites ・Experience in building production systems ・Knowledge regarding production management
