Job Description	■Role of the organization The R&D team handles everything from research into new algorithms related to image recognition to development for the business unit. The team handles a wide range of areas, from lightweight algorithms for operation at the edge to high-precision algorithms for operation in the cloud. ■Scope of Work Research and development of image recognition algorithms using deep learning techniques. ■Research & Development Engineer (Image Recognition) - The candidate will be responsible for developing new algorithms in the area of image recognition, as well as software validation, implementation, and library development. - The main tasks of this position are face, human, and object detection, tracking, and segmentation, and will be responsible for technologies that can contribute to products. - The position will contribute to a wide range of company's products and services, from electronics to entertainment. - The position also involves a lot of collaboration with related R&D departments, overseas laboratories, and business units. ■Career Paths You can improve your social implementation skills as well as your machine learning theory. You can learn how to write software for commercialization and how to provide it to business units. In the process, you can also gain various experiences (leadership, interpersonal skills, planning new services, building prototypes and commercial software systems, etc.) in areas that connect research and practical use. ■Workplace Atmosphere The age range is wide, and many members enjoy doing research and development. Requirement	■Required - At least 3 years of research and development experience (including university research) in the fields of AI, machine learning, and image recognition. ∙- Outstanding track record/achievements in core areas such as research/fundamental new algorithm development. - Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch/nnabla) - Software coding skills (Python, C++, etc.). ■Preferable Knowledge of hardware and sensor devices
