Job Description	■ Role of the organization Our mission is to conduct innovative research and development related to robotics and create core technologies that will differentiate next-generation products. We handle a wide range of technologies from hardware to software, such as mechanisms, systems, actuators, sensors, control, and planning. We are developing home, industrial, and medical robots that provide physical support, and medical simulators that apply robotics. ■ Work Contents You will participate in the project team and be in charge of research and development of interactive simulation software. With the development of medical simulators as our core mission, we also take into account applications such as AI simulations for robots and the Metaverse. You will be involved consistently from the development of physics engines and algorithms related to the reproduction of physical space to prototyping and evaluation. ■ Position Depending on your experience and expertise, you will be a member or leader of a team of about 3 to 5 people ■ Career path You can deepen your expertise in robotics, simulation, software engineering, CG, etc., and you can expand your expertise by working on development with members of different specialties such as HW and control. In addition, there are many new projects, and you can also experience the launch of a project. ■Workplace atmosphere An organization of members with a strong interest in robotics. A wide range of age groups and people with different specialties and backgrounds gather to develop projects on a project basis to achieve their goals. Among them, each individual is working on development with a theme and is required to work with own initiative. Requirement	■Required ・Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science/Software Engineering ・More than 3 years of research and development experience related to robots or simulations ・C/C++ programming ・Knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms ・Knowledge of computational geometry such as vectors, matrix operations, linear algebra, computer graphics, and physics ■ Preferred ・Parallel programming using CUDA ・Experience using Gazebo, Mujoco, Unreal engine, Unity, etc. ・3D animation software (Maya, Blender, etc.) ・Graphic editing software, especially materials and texture authoring tools (Substance 3D, Photoshop, etc.)
English Level	■Required TOEIC: 750 points or more Capability to gather information from specialized documents and papers and communicating with overseas research institutes/development bases, etc. is required.
