Job Description	- Management in general of multiple engineering teams - Improvement of engineering organization and business process - Collaboration with software / ML engineers from within and outside Japan
Requirement	Mandatory skill / experience: - More than 2 years' experience leading project - Experience in end-to-end system development from requirement definition to implementation - Experience managing development resources (budget, progress, issue, quality) - Knowledge and experience about software development methodologies - Ability to communicate with customers in Japanese - Vitality to maintain high performance while learning Preferred skill / experience: - Significant success experience in project execution - Experience developing software on cloud platform - Knowledge in AI, ML, and math - Experience designing ML algorithm - Business level communication in English
