Having worked at a major SIer and founded an IT support outsourcer, CEO posses in-depth operational knowledge and connection. CTO was adapted for Mitou-Foundation project. Job Description	Development of company's own product consisting of: - System infrastructure to automate system interfacing without changing operational flow - Service to unify and manage network configurations across cloud and on-premise infra - Service to reduce the risk of overlooking incidents by automate escalation phone calls by easy setup - Service to automate various alerts that depended on operators - Other new services Role: - To lead application development for cloud service - To plan and design services - To manage engineer team Development environment: Languages: Go, TypeScript, JavaScript Framework: Vue.js Version control: GitHub Project management: Trello, GitHub CI: GitHub Actions CD: Kubernetes Operational environment: Azure Communication: Slack Each member is working on development across services and domains. Development process is close to agile, though optimized upon situation. The team environment allows members to inspire each other and improve technical skills by active discussion. Fully flex time / remote working. Side work is allowed.
Requirement	Mandatory skill / experience: - Experience in requirement definition and system design - Knowledge about front-end, back-end, infrastructure and operation in system engineering (any language) - Development or operation experience on Linux Preferred skill / experience (one or more of the following): - Development experience using cloud platform such as Azure, ZWS - Experience using container technology e.g. Docker - Development experience in Golang - Development experience in JavaScript, TypeScript - Development experience using frameworks like Vue.js - Contribution to OSS Still preferred if you are excited to talk about editors and programming languages!
